This is a great shoe, and for the price paid here it was well worth it. My only complaint would be the sole is about 90% air and debris easily can get lodged inside of it. If you would to accidentally step into mud, it would probably take an hour and a toothbrush to get it all clean again.
As far as a running shoe, its about perfect though. Even if your feet sweat alot like mine, this shoe dries faster than any I have ever owned. It is also very comfortable and I wear it for work where I walk alot as well. I would say this shoe is a tinny bit narrow, and you would be better off getting 1/2 size above normal.
